After I finished Creeanne's photographs, her grandmother Connie showed them to an employee whose brother is a graduating senior at Alisal High -- see, networking does work. Daniel and I were accompanied by his mother, sister, and nephew along with my friend Aislynn who's building up a portfolio to start her own career as a freelance/independent photographer. I got a chance to ask Daniel what his plans were after high school, and he told me he was going off to the military. I struck up some conversation with him about his interests. Creeanne

Creeanne recently moved from the East Coast to Salinas, and as a graduating senior, she not only has to contend with graduating -- she also has to make new friends and get used to living in a new city filled with unfamiliar people. That didn't mean she was going to forego having a picture in the high school yearbook. Creeanne, her mother, and I ventured through Oldtown Salinas to get some senior portraits done, and she was a darling in front of the camera. A radiant young woman with a sweet disposition, Creeanne won't have too much trouble meeting new people and settling in.
